Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing or using Fanzclub, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

The service

Fanzclub is an app for hockey fans offering team statistics, supporter-club tools, chat, a prediction game and results for the Norwegian EliteHockey Ligaen and the Swiss National League.

Your account

• You can sign in with Apple ID, a Google account or as a guest.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You can delete your account at any time via My Profile → Delete account.

Paid features

• The app is free to download; a season pass unlocks the full feature set (79 NOK in Norway, CHF 7.90 in Switzerland).
• FanzCoins are play money: they cannot be bought for real money or cashed out, and nothing of monetary value is staked or won.
• The prediction game is a game of skill for bragging rights, not gambling.

User content and conduct

• You are responsible for content you post in chat, images and announcements.
• Hateful, threatening, illegal or otherwise inappropriate content is not allowed.
• We may remove content and suspend users who break these rules.
• You can report content via the flag icon and block other users.

Intellectual property

All app content (design, code, logos) belongs to Fanzclub unless stated otherwise. Club logos and statistics are used with permission of the relevant rights holders.

Disclaimer and liability

• The app is provided “as is”, without warranties.
• We are not liable for errors in statistics or match data.
• We are not responsible for content posted by other users.
• Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country.

Governing law

For users resident in Norway, Norwegian law applies; for users resident in Switzerland, Swiss law applies. In each case, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
